Alcons Pro-Ribbon Immersive Experience Innovates At CEDIA 2024 New Pro-Ribbon Products Deliver The Best Sound For Any Size Room

Early September sees Alcons Audio showcasing new products at CEDIA Expo 2024, which takes place from September 5 - 7 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO. Alcons is exhibiting at Booth #SR5, a dedicated listening room for its high end pro-ribbon systems.
The company has regularly attracted ‘best of show’ comments at CEDIA and the world launch of the new CRMS Q line source systems for home theater, post/mix and professional screening room environments is sure to be a show highlight.

CRMS Q is a modular, two-way system which sets new benchmarks in sound quality, output and directivity control. Bringing Alcons’ renowned pro-ribbon technology from professional live and install applications to the residential market, its main design goal was to create a compact system which delivers ultra-low distortion and high output performance for any size room, regardless of acoustics.

In response to extensive feedback, Alcons is also showcasing new innovations in amplified loudspeaker management which feature new power and channel density, extended processing and connectivity, while further improving sound quality. This technology provides another major step forward for the residential market.

With the studio and residential markets closely related, Alcons is also previewing its new M Series ultra-definition reference monitors. These have made a few guest appearances at recent trade shows, prompting a very positive response from visitors.

By working with this year's partners, Booth #SR5 will treat CEDIA visitors to an exceptional sound and visual experience. It will feature a full 9.x.6 Atmos system with StormAudio ISP Evo 32 AES/EBU processor, and visuals courtesy of a Christie Systems MK415AS MKII projector and Dreamscreen’s new generation UltraWeave Studio X1 screen.
