Origin Acoustics Performance Subwoofer Line Now Shipping

Origin Acoustics, brand leader for architectural audio and electronics, is shipping their new line of Performance Subwoofers. These powered subwoofers combine petite cabinets with powerful digital amplification at a competitive price point.

The new Performance Subwoofer series are said to deliver more volume, lower frequencies, an attractive aesthetic, within a smaller cabinet. The line features three floorstanding models with 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch driver configurations. Rated for 180, 200, & 300 Watts RMS, respectively, the new models are SUBV8P, SUBV10P and SUBV12P.

Each composite woofer matches a finely tuned passive down-firing radiator that is said to improves SPL and the resolution of extended bass frequencies and volume with no extra power consumption.

These models also feature an upgraded line-grain finish that is more durable and subtler than typical vinyl wraps.
