Written and directed by Joanna Hogg (Archipelago, Exhibition) and executive produced by Martin Scorsese (Taxi Driver, The Wolf of Wall Street, The Departed), the Rotten Tomatoes Certified Fresh™ film stars Academy Award® winner Tilda Swinton (2007, Best Supporting Actress, Michael Clayton), her daughter Honor Swinton Byrne (The Atlantic calls her “a revelation” in her feature-film debut), and Tom Burke. The Souvenir Blu-ray and DVD will include an audio commentary with writer/director Joanna Hogg in addition to an insightful making-of featurette, and will be available for the suggested retail price of $24.99 and $19.98, respectively.

 

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

In this lush, dreamlike story of young adulthood and first love, a shy but ambitious film student (Honor Swinton Byrne) begins to find her voice as an artist while navigating a turbulent courtship with a charismatic but untrustworthy man (Tom Burke). She defies her protective mother (Tilda Swinton) and concerned friends as she slips deeper and deeper into an intense, emotionally fraught relationship that comes dangerously close to destroying her dreams.
