VAVA is the creator of the world’s first DLP 4K Ultra short-throw laser projector that incorporates the same technology used in the movie theatre to the home theatre. ALPD 3.0, the critical large-format display technology for lasers, is used in 10,000+ theaters worldwide. With laser and luminescent materials made up of rare earth, it provides a color gamut up to 90 percent of P3. The portable projector (21 x 14 x 4 inches) will cost a full $1,000 less than the least expensive projector of similar quality on the market when it launches in July for $3,500 (the projector will be offered at a price of $2,499 for a limited time during its Indiegogo campaign, launching on April 30, 2019).
