When members of his former elite strike force suddenly start turning up dead, his ex-commander warns him that he may be the target. They kidnap Jenny and promise her safe return if he helps a deposed dictator Arius (Hedaya) regain his blood-soaked crown. If he refuses, Arius will send his daughter back—in pieces.
