Story Synopsis

Based on the novel by Nelson DeMille, The General’s Daughter is a taut thriller that delves into the dirty little secrets of a military cover up. When an Army officer—who just happens to have been the beautiful daughter of a powerful Washington-bound general—is brutally murdered, investigator Paul Brenner (Travolta) is called in to research the case. But to his dismay, he discovers that there are those who do not want him to discover the real truth. To complicate matters, his co-investigator on the case is a former love interest.
