Subscribe FreeBased on a screenplay by Geir Eriksen & Eirik Ildahl, Head Above Water stars Cameron Diaz as Nathalie, a naive young woman married to George (Harvey Keitel), a Superior Court Judge nearly twice her age. Vacationing off the coast of Maine, Nathalie’s artistic childhood pal, Lance (Craig Sheffer) treats George to a night out fishing, leaving Nathalie alone to fend off the advances of her overbearing ex-boyfriend Kent (Billy Zane). By the next morning, Nathalie has a terrible secret and Lance and George have come home early, leaving a chain reaction of killer complications.
