Story Synopsis:
A wonderful action packed adventure story about two teens who face incredible odds, and the ever present danger from their pursuers in a journey across the treacherous African desert. They befriend a native bushman who as their guide helps them to survive. A tale of strength, fraility, courage, survival and friendship.
LaserDisc Picture:
Gorgeous photography by cinematographer/director Mikael Salomon and his director of photography Juan-Ruitz-Anchia make this a visually stimulating experience. The transfer quality is impeccable with accurate fleshtones and excellent color fidelity and contrast. The image has been cropped to 2.25:1
LaserDisc Soundtrack:
The excellent Dolby Surround® soundtrack, although with subtle surrounds, has a dynamic James Horner score that is enchanting.
