Based on the life of Carl Brashear, Men Of Honor is an inspiring tale of one man's triumph over a lifetime of adversity. For as long as he can remember, Carl's (Gooding, Jr.) fondest wish was to become a member of the U.S. Navy, and more so...a Master Diver. His road to becoming a deep sea diver was marred with prejudice and a terrible accident at sea that left him without a left leg. Robert De Niro as Master Diver Billy Sunday offers both obstacles and opportunity as Brashear's Naval instructor. (Laurie Sevano)

Special features include commentary by Director George Tillman, Jr., Cuba Gooding, Jr., Producer Robert Teitel, and Writer Scott Marshall Smith; a trivia track, the trailer, and additional trailers.

The 2.30:1 Blu-ray Disc exhibits a generally pleasing image, with deep blacks and vivid colors. The image has a hazy appearance during the day, but night scenes are delivered very well. Details are resolved adequately, but not as well as the best releases. (Danny Richelieu)

The lossless DTS-HD™ Master Audio 5.1-channel soundtrack features very good dynamic range and natural-sounding dialogue. Deep bass is delivered well, with speed and articulation. A high-pitched hum can be heard on occasion throughout the presentation. (Danny Richelieu)
