"Afflicted" tells the chilling tale of two best friends whose documented journey around the world takes a horrifying turn after an encounter with a beautiful woman in Paris leaves one of them mysteriously afflicted. (Gary Reber)

Special features include three deleted scenes (HD 07:57), the featurettes "Afflicted: Behind The Scenes" (HD 03:51) and "Anatomy Of A Scene: The Window Jump" (HD 02:30), upfront previews, and an UltraViolet digital copy.

The 1080p AVC picture is a low-budget, amateurish, hand-held digital production that has the feel of a home movie. If you are a fan of this genre of filmmaking, then you might appreciate the low-production values. (Gary Reber)

The DTS-HD Master Audio™ 5.1-channel soundtrack is dialogue centric with undistinguished spatial integration. There is a well-recorded music score that sounds enveloping within the soundfield. Atmospherics and sound effects are essentially limited to a monaural presence. This is an undistinguished soundtrack. (Gary Reber)
