    Celebrating 30 years of gut-busting laughs, "Tommy Boy" stars Chris Farley and David Spade as two ne'er-do-well traveling salesmen who hit the road to save the Callahan family's auto parts business, resulting in one disastrously funny consequence after another. (Gary Reber)

    Special features include commentary by Director Peter Segal; four featurettes: "Tommy Boy: Behind The Laughter" (HD 29:08), "Stories From The Side Of The Road" (HD 13:31), "Just The Two Of Us" (HD 09:46) and "Growing Up Farley" (HD 07:29); storyboard comparisons; six deleted scenes (HD 06:42); seven extended scenes (HD 22:00); six alternates takes (HD 04:18); gag reel (HD 04:16); photo gallery; TV Spots; theatrical trailer and a Movies Anywhere digital copy.

    The 1.85:1 2160p HEVC/H.265 Ultra HD Dolby Vision/HDR10 picture, reviewed on a VIZIO Quantum X P85QX-JI UHD/HDR display, was photographed on 35mm film using the Panavision Panaflex Gold camera system and sourced from a 4K master Digital Intermediate format restored from the original film negative under the supervision of Director Peter Segal. The settings are real backgrounds so reality is a given, Colors are strongly saturated with natural hues that are warm and rich. Primaries, such as reds, are strong. Flesh stones are healthy with at times a reddish blush. HDR contrast is excellent with generally bright illuminated scenes, natural black levels and revealing shadows. Resolution is excellent. Detail is solid. Fine detail is exhibited in clothing fabrics and facial features such as skin pores, lines and hair. This is a picture that exhibits fun imagery and generally good color fidelity with hues that pop. (Gary Reber)

    The Dolby TrueHD 5.1-channel soundtrack is quite active with all sound elements active. While mostly front heavy, a few discrete effects make the rear soundstage in several scenes. David Newman's orchestral score and popular music selections provide a solid backdrop with a wide soundstage that aggressively extends to the surrounds. Atmospherics are realistic as well as sound effects. Dialogue is the main element with decent ADR production. This is a really fun soundtrack that never disappoints with laughs galore. (Gary Reber)

I like the fact that your magazine is not jammed packed with manufacturer’s marketing and sales ads. I understand having some but not as many as your competitor (HTM).
