"Juror #2 follows family man Justin Kemp (Nicholas Hoult) who, while serving as a juror in a high-profile murder trial, finds himself struggling with a serious moral dilemma... one he could use to sway the jury verdict and potentially convict –– or free –– the accused killer. (Gary Reber)

Special features include a Movies Anywhere diigital copy.

The 2.39:1 1080p AVC picture, reviewed on a VIZIO Quantum X P85QX-JI UHD/HDR display, was photographed digitally in anamorphic Panavision® using the Arri Alexa 35 camera system and sourced from a 4K Digital Intermediate. The picture appears perfectly natural and realistic. The setting is a courtroom with flash backs to a rainy night in and outside a bar and on a road, as well as a home setting. The color palette is comprised of balanced hues and good saturation. Flesh tones are perfectly hued. Contrast is excellent. Black levels appear realistic. Shadow delineation is revealing. White levels are never exaggerated. Resolution is revealing of fine detail in facial features and complexions, clothing fabrics, setting features and objects. This is a realistic picture depicting events. (Gary Reber)

The Dolby Atmos/Dolby TrueHD 7.1-channel soundtrack is dialogue focused with excellent atmospheric support and realistic sound effects, such as a sudden car crash to the "rowdy" ambiance at a local bar, as well as Foley sound effects. The orchestral score occupies a wide and deep soundstage that extends to the surrounds. Deep bass sounds natural, Dialogue is intelligible throughout with good spatial delineation.

The Immersive Sound element is diverse and is comprised of an extension of the orchestral and country music score, dialogue, Foley, atmospherics, pouring rain and thunder, and more. The sound designers were very careful to create realistic settings and as such have done superb work to achieve a realistic height layer that effectively is dimensional.

This is an effective holosonic® spherical surround soundtrack that delivers excellent realism. (Gary Reber)
