In "Bone Cold," after bad intel from headquarters results in a tragic civilian death, an elite sniper duo attempts to flee the area but can't seem to shake a mysterious, inhuman creature stalking them from the shadows. (Gary Reber)

Special features include a making-of featurette (HD 26:07), a blooper reel (09:57), trailer and upfront previews.

The 2.39:1 1080p picture, reviewed on a VIZIO Quantum X P85QX-JI UHD/HDR display, was photographed digitally and sourced from a 2K master Digital Intermediate format. The setting is mainly in a winterly woods with snow and foliage-less trees. As well there are butting scenes in urban settings, mainly in interiors. Color fidelity exhibits natural and realistic hues. The snow is white and the trees are brown. Flesh tones are natural. Contrast is realistic with natural white levels, deep blacks and revealing shadows. Resolution is generally revealing of acceptable detail though generally a bit soft, except for closeups. Overall, this is a satisfying picture. (Gary Reber)

The DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1-channel soundtrack is dialogue focused with earthy atmospherics in abundance during the scenes in the woods. Sound effects such as sniper fire sounds realistic. There is the creepy sounds of the creature in the woods. The music is haunting and delivers a deep bass presence. Dialogue is intelligible but forward sounding and often wanting in spatial integration. Surround energy is enveloping with atmospheric sonics and the creature sounds . Overall, this is a haunting holosonic® soundtrack that is satisfying, (Gary Reber)
