The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD picture exhibits generally pleasing image quality. Color fidelity varies, at times appearing overly saturated and plugged up, and other times appearing well balanced, with accurate fleshtones and vibrant hues. Blacks are deep and endless. Whites are bright, at times appearing blown out. There is occasional edge enhancement and pixelization. (Suzanne Hodges)
