The anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD picture exhibits sharp and detailed images. Colors are rich and well balanced, with nicely rendered fleshtones, vibrant accent colors in the darker scenes, and rich, deep blacks. Contrast is superb and, as well, visual information is excellent in the darker scenes. There is a small amount of pixelization detected, and edge enhancement is rarely a problem.
