    Story Synopsis:
    A follow-up to Jacques Demy

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced DVD, framed at 2.40:1, exhibits a soft picture, but detail can be nicely rendered. Some scenes appear downright smeared. Colors are rich and well balanced, with accurate fleshtones, brilliant hues, and deep blacks. The picture is clean, with few distractions in the way of pixelization or edge enhancement.
