DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD picture exhibits images that are quite nicely rendered. The picture can be a bit soft at times, but sharpness and detail are satisfying. Colors are rich and bold, with and deep blacks. Fleshtones are mostly well balanced, but at times appear a bit reddish. Pixelization is noticed at times, but edge enhancement is rarely a problem.
