Story Synopsis:
Vivica A. Fox talks to the audience as her businesswoman character Shante Smith tells us all about dating, the battle of the sexes, and how Two Can Play That Game. When she finds who she thinks is the perfect man, she decides to battle it out with her archrival Conny (Union) to get with Keith (Chestnut). (Suzanne Hodges)
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD picture is colorful, with accurate fleshtones, rich hues, and deep blacks. Contrast and shadow delineation are well balanced. While images are sharp and nicely detailed overall, there is minor smearing and loss of fine detail apparently related to reduction. Edge enhancement and minor pixelization take away from a smooth, filmlike appearance, creating a digital edge at times. (Suzanne Hodges)The DVD also includes a modified 1.33:1 version (not reviewed).
