Story Synopsis:
Medium Cool was filmed against the backdrop of the 1968 Democratic Convention by Oscar
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD has a rough, raw appearance (the film was originated in 16mm). Images can be sharp and detailed at times, while other times appearing smeared and undefined. Colors are generally well balanced throughout. As expected, film grain and artifacts are revealed from the source element. Overall, the DVD nicely captures the artfully created movie.
