Subscribe FreeIn Dr. Dolittle 2, the good Doctor (Murphy) is busier than ever. World-famous now for his ability to chat with animals, Dolittle has become a lecturer and physician to people and animals alike. Add to that his responsibilities as a husband and father, and you have one overworked Doc. In the midst of this turmoil, Dolittle receives a summons from his animal friends to save their forest from unscrupulous developers. Spotting a loophole in the legal system, Dolittle devises a plan to find a mate for an endangered bear. Comic mayhem follows as Dolittle and his dog, Lucky, try to play Cupid and teach a bumbling circus bear the ways of the wild. (Suzanne Hodges)
