Story Synopsis:
Monty Python And The Holy Grail is the second feature film from the acclaimed comedy troupe. This time it

DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD picture exhibits a brighter picture with improved balance when compared to the dark and undefined previously reviewed non-anamorphic DVD. Images are generally sharp and nicely detailed at times, while much of the soft appearance is inherent to the source element. Visual information is nicely revealed in the darker scenes, like inside the cast, while the previous version was smeared and totally lacking definition. There is evidence of pixelization, as well as edge enhancement. The source element is revealing of film grain and artifacts. (Suzanne Hodges)
