The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture exhibits a slightly brighter and more colorful picture when compared to the previously reviewed DVD. Images are sharp and nicely detailed, with good contrast and shadow delineation. Some scenes appear soft or slightly undefined. Colors are rich and vibrant, with nicely balanced fleshtones and deep, pure blacks. Some minor shimmering is noticed in the finer details, but distractions like edge enhancement and pixelization are not a problem. (Suzanne Hodges)
