Memento

Due to head trauma he sustained during a confrontation with an intruder who raped and murdered his wife, Leonard Shelby (Pearce) suffers from a rare brain disorder that prevents him from converting new experiences into long-term memory. His only way of moving forward in his life is to keep daily notes, label Polaroid photographs, and tattoo himelf with crucial reminders. Once he is able to absorb the terrible incident that ruined his life, Shelby sets out to piece together enough information for vengeance...despite a multi-layered abyss of uncertainty.
