    Story Synopsis:
    A group of terrorists take possession of a U.S. Naval submarine carrying Agent Red, the deadliest substance known to man. The terrorists plan to load the chemical onto missiles and attack New York and Los Angeles. How rude! Also on that submarine is Marine Special Operations Commander Matt Hendricks (Lundgren) who is determined to see to it that the terrorists are unable to carry out their dastardly plans. Let

    The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD exhibits good image quality. The picture is sharp and revealing of fine details in clothing, background and facial features. Still, there are scenes that are wanting in finer definition. Contrast is well balanced, and the darkest scenes exhibit good shadow delineation. Color fidelity is well balanced, with rich hues, natural fleshtones and deep blacks. There is minor edge enhancement noticed at times. Some images appear
