Story Synopsis:
If movies about the living dead are at the top of your

DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD exhibits a picture that is generally sharp, but wanting in fine background definition and clarity. At times the picture is extremely smeared and plugged-up. Fleshtones are a bit on the orange side, but the dated colors are otherwise balanced with deep undefined blacks. Contrast and shadow delineation are quite good, but the picture must be viewed in a completely blackened room due to limited visual information in the darker scenes. At times, film grain is excessively perceived, and source element artifacts are noticed throughout. Some pixelization is detected.
