DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD picture is easy-on-the-eyes, with soft colors that are nicely balanced. Fleshtones are generally accurate, if occasionally a bit orange, and blacks are quite deep. Contrast and shadow delineation are nicely rendered throughout. Minor edge enhancement is noticed, but pixelization is infrequent. Fine details shimmer slightly, but do not create too much of a distraction. (Suzanne Hodges)
