  WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
In the little town of El Nino, New Mexico, miracles are happening. The blind can see, the legless sport brand new limbs, and the pimpled are blemish free...and dating! What is the source of these blessed events? Why the turquoise nail polished severed hand of Candy Cowley (Stone)

DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.00:1 DVD exhibits good image quality, with colors that are rich and fully saturated, with accurate fleshtones and deep blacks. Stylization is evident in the color scheme. The picture is sharp, with nicely rendered definition, though fine background detail is occasionally wanting. Minor pixelization is noticed, but distracting edge enhancement is rarely a factor. (Suzanne Hodges)
