Subscribe FreeWidower and father of three, Dan Burns (Carell) is used to handing out relationship advice in his weekly newspaper column, Dan In Real Life. With his hands full caring for three daughters, who are growing-up fast, Dan has little time to focus on his own happiness or dating. While attending a semi-annual family get-together, Dan meets Marie (Binoche) while shopping in a local bookstore. Dan immediately falls for Marie, but complications arise when Dan finds that Marie is dating his brother Mitch (Cook). (Stacey Pendry)
