Story Synopsis:
Former aeronautical engineer and aspiring Astronaut Charlie Farmer (Thornton) decides to fulfill his ambitions by building a rocket to take him into space. However, after Charlie tries to buy 10,000 pounds of rocket fuel, the authorities that be express interest, and he discovers that his problems are much greater than just getting to the moon. (Tricia Spears)
DVD Picture:
The highly stylized, anamorphically enhanced 2.38:1 DVD is very reliant on its hot color scheme, covered in hues of gold and brown. This makes fleshtones look pasty, with little delineation between the shades of each subject. Pixel breakup and compression artifacts can be noticed at times, and strong edge enhancement is prevalent. (Danny Richelieu)
