Story Synopsis:
When six-year-old Nansal comes upon a stray mutt on the Mongolian hillside, she is immediately smitten and names her new-found pet, Zochor. Afraid the dog will attract predators to the families
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD looks rather soft, with fine details not very well resolved. Still, there are scenes when the imagery can look quite sharp. Green and blue hues are bold and vibrant, but reds can occasionally look undersaturated. With its very high average bit rate, compression artifacts are not noticeable, but some edges can have a hard, digital look. Subtle halos from edge enhancement can also be noticed on high-contrast transitions. (Danny Richelieu)
