  WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
Eragon (Speleers), a young boy who finds the last known dragon egg, is destined to become its rider. The two form a bond and embark on a journey to save Eragon

DVD Picture:
Like the previously reviewed Blu-ray Disc, the anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD exhibits black levels that are not as deep as in the best releases, which results in an image that can look rather flat and hazy. Colors are bold and vibrant during the daytime scenes, and fleshtones look natural. Night scenes have a greenish tint to them, which can make fleshtones look somewhat sickly. (Danny Richelieu)
