  WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
Alias starts off with a bang when Agent Sydney Bristow (Garner) is separated from her fiance Michael Vaughn (Vartan) yet again. This time Vaughn is presumed dead, and Sydney is left pregnant and alone. But that doesn't stop her from circling the globe, trying to stay one step ahead of the bad guys (or girls), while attempting to outsmart the double-crossers who are all part of her everyday life in this Final Season of the popular ABC television show. (Tricia Spears)

DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 episodes can look good with vibrant colors, but blacks are slightly murky and whites are bloomy. Pixelization can be a problem, and the image can often have a pasty look to it. Edge enhancement is noticeable at times, although it is not overly distracting. (Danny Richelieu)
