Subscribe FreeKathleen Turner stars as Joan Wilder, a timid romance novelist in the adventure-comedy Romancing The Stone. But her lonesome life is destined to change when she receives a frantic call from her sister who has been kidnapped and taken to Colombia by thugs searching for a priceless jewel. Armed with the treasure map mailed to her, Joan travels to the jungles of Colombia to rescue her sister where she is pursued by an assortment of bad guys including Danny DeVito. Soldier of fortune Jack Colton (Douglas) comes to her rescue and convinces her to look for the gemstone first.
