  WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
The John Huston/Ray Stark screen production of Tennessee Williams

DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced black-and-white 1.78:1 picture exhibits dated images from a fairly dirty source element. Flecks of dirt, scratches, and film grain are all inherent. Gray scale quality is adequate, and the picture is bright, but well balanced. Pixel breakup is occasional, but edge halos are not a problem. (Suzanne Hodges)
