DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD picture generally looks good, with accurate fleshtones and adequately resolved details. There are times, however, where the picture looks soft and smeared. Blacks are appropriately deep, and shadow delineation is good. Color fidelity is good, although the color scheme is generally muted. Edge enhancement is noticeable in high-contrast transitions, but is not overly intrusive. (Danny Richelieu)
