Story Synopsis:
Slapping on his leathers, strapping on his helmet, and straddling his hog, stuntman Johnny Blaze (Cage) wows and awes his adoring fans with his death-defying feats. But when he trades his soul to save the ones he loves, he becomes the flaming antihero known as Ghost Rider. Based on the Marvel comic. (Jack Kelley)
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.40:1 DVD features bold, vibrant colors and well-resolved details to deliver a very visually pleasing presentation. Black levels are deep and shadow delineation is good, helping create a very dimensional image. Fine details are resolved nicely, but faces can have a slightly soft appearance, but this seems to be intentional, as there is still good resolution in textures around the face. Edge enhancement can be noticed at times throughout the presentation, although it is not overly distracting, except in the higher contrast transitions. (Danny Richelieu)
