Story Synopsis:
In the year 2415, Bregna is the only remaining city on earth, after a virus destroyed 99 percent of the world's population 400 years earlier. DVD Picture:
The slick, stylish visuals are nicely rendered on this anamorphically enhanced 2.32:1 DVD. Images are sharp and detailed with nicely balanced textures and definition. Color stylizations evoke certain moods, and saturation is often rich and well balanced, while others are icy and stylized with bright whites and cold hues. Pixelization is rarely a problem, nor is edge enhancement for a pleasing visual experience. (Suzanne Hodges)
