Story Synopsis:
In 1962, integrated basketball teams in the South were unheard of, and a mainly all-black team making it to the NCAA Championship game four years later was, well, even more unheard of. But that is exactly what Don Haskins (Lucas) did as head coach at Texas Western University. Unable to recruit the best high-school players, he hits the streets, and, city by city, finds untapped and untrained talent, and takes these men on the Glory Road to a history-making season. Based on a true story. (Jack Kelley)
