Story Synopsis:
Inventor and cheese connoisseur, Wallace (Sallis), and his genius dog and best chum, Gromit, have established a reliable security business, saving local vegetable growers from a rapidly mutliplying nuisance. Catching rabbits in a humane fashion is the pride of Anti-Pesto. But Wallace & Gromit have a big storage problem in their basement, with quite a collection of rabbits. So Wallace decides that
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD picture looks cracking, with bright colors that are nicely delineated throughout. The clay (Plasticine to be specific) animation is sharp and detailed throughout (revealing of occasional tool shaping and adjustments as the characters move). Contrast and shadow detail are also well-balanced. Some minor pixelization is detected at times, but there is no bothersome edge enhancement. (Suzanne Hodges)
