  WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
While graffiti is seen as a destructive and illegal crime to many, it's considered an art and a way of life to others. Anthony "Blest" Campo(Webber) is a New York City tagger, and despite the death of his brother, run-ins with the law, and pressures from society, his addiction and way of life encourages him to "Bomb The System" no matter what the outcome may be. (Tricia Spears)

DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.82:1 DVD picture exhibits quality that is stylized and suitable for the storytelling. Colors are nicely saturated, although delineation can be limited. Some scenes are extremely desaturated and a stark chromatic contrast to the otherwise colorful picture. Film grain adds a gritty texture, and there are occasional flecks of dirt noticed, but the look is edgy and complementary. Pixelization and edge enhancement are not too much a problem with this title. (Suzanne Hodges)
