  WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
While graffiti is seen as a destructive and illegal crime to many, it's considered an art and a way of life to others. Anthony "Blest" Campo(Webber) is a New York City tagger, and despite the death of his brother, run-ins with the law, and pressures from society, his addiction and way of life encourages him to "Bomb The System" no matter what the outcome may be. DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.82:1 DVD picture exhibits quality that is stylized and suitable for the storytelling. Colors are nicely saturated, although delineation can be limited. Some scenes are extremely desaturated and a stark chromatic contrast to the otherwise colorful picture. Film grain adds a gritty texture, and there are occasional flecks of dirt noticed, but the look is edgy and complementary. Pixelization and edge enhancement are not too much a problem with this title. (Suzanne Hodges)
