Story Synopsis:
In Alien Apocalypse, a team of astronauts returns to Earth after a space mission...where they had been cryogenically asleep for 40 years. To their surprise, Oregon is a desert wasteland where humans are held as slaves by an alien race. Revolution! DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture exhibits a mediocre visual experience. Colors can be vibrant, but sometimes a bit smeared or hazy. Blacks are often milky and undefined. Sharpness is adequate, but fine details and definition are lacking. Minor pixelization, aliasing, and shimmering artifacts are distractions noticed on this DVD. (Suzanne Hodges)
