    Story Synopsis:
    In medieval Europe, a group of Knights massacred a village of devil worshippers then built The Church that stands there today. Years later, the unleashed spirits seek justice for the innocent trapped inside. Based on a story by Dario Argento and Franco Ferrini. (Tricia Spears)

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD offers generally pleasing quality at times. Granted, the picture looks dated, but details and sharpness are satisfying. Colors can be nicely saturated, with deep blacks. There is some pixel breakup noticed. (Suzanne Hodges)
