  WSR Narrative Review
Story Synopsis:
Caught between the land of the living and the "Land Of The Dead" is the plot of this movie. Zombies gain limited intelligence and decide to extract revenge on humans residing in the fortified city. Meanwhile, the greedy humans are fighting amongst themselves. (Tricia Spears)

DVD Picture:
A dark, gloomy grayish-blue color palette is often the setting for the on-screen action, although there are times when colors are richly saturated and pop from the screen. Images are sharp and detailed on this anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD, with satisfying contrast and shadow delineation. Some of the darker scenes appear slightly milky and occasionally soft. There is little bothersome edge enhancement or pixelization to detract from the picture, and overall the visual experience is very pleasing. (Suzanne Hodges)
