Story Synopsis:
Oh boy. A demented doll maker is kidnapping beautiful young women, dismembering them, and turning them into Marronnier dolls! Living dolls in satin wedding gowns and hacked body parts have never been so...bizarre. Fans of low budget horrors, dolls gone wild, and the macabre will have a field day with this title. DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD exhibits a soft, blurred picture with poor details and textures. Contrast is extremely low and windows and backlighting are often blown out, further complicating the balance of images in the foreground. Colors lack true depth and saturation, with blacks that often appear weak and brownish. Minor aliasing and stairstepping problems are noticed. Noise is detected in the source element at times.
