Story Synopsis:
Nameless and looking to get out of the drug trade, XXXX (Craig) has two last jobs to complete: locate the junkie daughter of a chum of his volatile gangster boss (Cranham), and broker the sale of an enormous load of ecstasy.
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.38:1 DVD picture exhibits imagery that has a cool appearance aided by a color palette filled with blue overtones. Blacks are often bluish and milky, and the same goes for the opposite extreme regarding whites. Stylizations add an an edgy appearance that is complementary to the storytelling. Images are satsifyingly sharp, but finer details often suffer from slight smearing. Pixelization and occasional edge halos are also noticed. (Suzanne Hodges)
