Story Synopsis:
If punk is your thing, then "X" is the band for you. Recorded "Live In Los Angeles" at The House of Blues on November 26 and 27, 2004, the one "White Girl" and three guys put on a show that has their fans begging for more. "Because I Do" not particularly enjoy this type of music, I can't say it's one of my favorite stage performances, but I guess "It's Who You Know," and those in the audience know who they are and like what they hear. DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture nicely delivers this concert performance. Colors are richly saturated with endless deep black backgrounds and vibrant colors that pop from the stage. The stage lighting is bright and pierces through the blackness. Shots of the audience are gritty and monochromatic...a nice visual contrast to the headliners of this DVD. Very rarely is there much distraction, if an occasional shimmer or detail breakup. Fans should be thrilled. (Suzanne Hodges)
