DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.40:1 DVD picture exhibits pleasing quality throughout. Images are sharp and detailed, with well-balanced contrast and shadow delineation. Colors are nicely balanced, with vibrant hues, accurate fleshtones, and deep blacks. Very rarely does the picture have a smeared appearance, and distractions in the way of edge enhancement and pixelization are also quite limited. (Suzanne Hodges)
