Story Synopsis:
"Petula Clark" has been around for as long as I can remember, but she still sounds as young and vibrant as ever. Recorded "Live At The Paris Olympia" on September 28, 2003, Ms. Clark talks to her audience in their native French and sings songs in both English and French. Quite a talented lady, indeed! DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.80:1 DVD picture exhibits mediocre image quality, with scenes that are extremely soft, depending on the camera source. The picture can have a very smeared and undefined appearance. Colors can seem weak in saturation, though some shots are nicely rendered. Detail breakup and shimmering artifacts are noticed throughout this picture, with a bit rate that is often lower than 4 and 5 Mbps. The music is definitely the draw to this DVD. (Suzanne Hodges)
