Story Synopsis:
At times exhuberant, at times overly intense story about a jazz singer (Minnelli) and a jazz musician (De Niro) whose lives cross and intertwine in the tail end of the big band era after World War II. Hated by some, others think New York, New York is a minor materpiece.
