Story Synopsis:
Bridget Jones (Zellweger) has gone beyond The Edge Of Reason this time. Her boyfriend Mark Darcy (Firth) absolutely adores her, but she can't believe that she can ever fit into his world. However, after going to Thailand with the smooth cad Daniel Cleaver (Grant) she realizes how lucky she was and what a fool she has been. Now Bridget must figure out a way to prove to Mark that she's the right one for him, before it's too late. This second adorable Bridget Jones film is also based on the novel by Helen Fielding. DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.40:1 DVD picture exhibits pleasing image quality, with sharp and detailed images. Sometimes the picture can seem a bit soft or undefined. Color fidelity is quite natural overall, with accurate fleshtones, rich hues, and generally deep blacks. However, some scenes seem slightly undersaturated (with noticeably weak blacks).
